At Amber Counselling & Yoga, our expert counselling and psychotherapy is tailored to support your mental health and the challenges you are facing.
We practise integrative counselling, rooted in a person-centred approach and drawing on different counselling modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), Psychodynamic and Gestalt therapies.

Yoga Sessions
Our in-person and online yoga classes can complement your fitness regime, promote better sleep, support injury prevention, and foster improved well-being. We offer Hatha style yoga, more dynamic flow yoga, and a blend of both to suit a variety of preferences and experience levels. Additionally, we provide yin and restorative yoga sessions, focusing on deeper stretches and longer held poses for enhanced relaxation and flexibility. All these styles of yoga are rooted in ancient wisdom and practices, supporting your holistic well-being and overall vitality.

Parent/Teen Yoga
This fun and engaging class offers a unique opportunity to connect with your teen(s) in a supportive and relaxed environment. Suitable for all levels, including beginners or those returning to yoga after a break, it encourages everyone to participate at their own pace.
Throughout the session, you’ll explore solo and partner poses, with adaptations and alternatives available to ensure everyone feels comfortable and included. The class begins and ends with a short relaxation, helping to cultivate calm and focus for both teens and adults alike.

Meditation Sessions
Additionally, we support you in cultivating a regular meditation practice, empowering you to experience a wide range of benefits for your well-being, work and relationships.
