I believe that yoga can help support our well-being in many ways e.g. by promoting better sleep, improving our posture and balance, and by preventing injury.

Counselling & psychotherapy
I recognise that we sometimes need an empathic, impartial listener. I am passionate about supporting my counselling & psychotherapy clients to explore challenges in a safe space, and to make the changes they want to make.

Whether you are looking for counselling, psychotherapy or yoga, we have in-person and online options available to support you and your mental and physical health and well-being.
