Current Yoga Class Timetable
This is our March timetable.
We aim to keep our website up-to-date when new classes are added,
but please check our booking link for the most up-to-date schedule and availability.

Gentle Hatha Yoga Mondays & Thursdays
6-7pm
If you are looking for the benefits of yoga but without the downward dogs and sun salutations, this class is for you.
We have many seated and supine (lying down) poses with a few standing poses and a balance each week.

Hatha/Flow Yoga Tuesdays & Thursdays
7.15-8.15pm
A more dynamic class suitable for improvers or intermediate students, but beginners welcome all poses explained and demoed.
A mix of hatha and flow yoga, including sun salutations and a variety of poses and sequences each week.

Chair Yoga
Thursdays
10-10.45am
Enjoy the benefits of yoga without the challenges on your wrists, knees and ankles.
Classes include a seated relaxation at the start and end but you are welcome to bring a mat if you prefer to lie down.
We usually stay on for a cuppa after the class in the Club Lounge.

1 to 1 Yoga
Want to try yoga but feel unsure about joining a class as a complete beginner or when returning after some time? Try a 1 to 1 yoga session to ease you in.

Pop-up Yoga classes
Try yin, restorative, partner yoga, parent teen yoga and even yoga thai massage! Follow us on socials to stay up-to-date.
